This summer, Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, Roger Raveel Museum and mudel will present the tenth edition of the Biennial of Painting, curated by Anne Pontegnie.
Each insituations develop an unique exhibition around a shared research question: how can the definition of painting be expanded beyond the Western and modern concept of painting on canvas?
At Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, Mack will present two recent works, along with a site-responsive installation outside the museum. Mack’s works The Brazen Image/Notes on Fashion on Death and HEM will take a new form, installed in response to the museum's architecture.
